Parking

Our current location only offers street parking.

Who is there

Lots of people! We have had vendors from vintage clothes, food trucks, crystals, wood workers, fine artists, crafters, soap makers, and so much more. Head over to our Facebook or Instagram to see our current vendor highlights to see the exact vendors for each event.

Time and Place

The Waco Open Art Market is traditionally held from 11am - 3pm, but always subject to change. Our upcoming event in October will be held at Cultivate 7Twelve (712 Austin Avenue, Waco, TX 76701). Dates and times of events can be found on the Home or About pages. Upcoming events will always be announced on Facebook or Instagram and updated here. If there is ever a location change, it will be announced on social media and updated here as well.

Bathrooms

Restrooms can be found inside Cultivate 7Twelve.

Food and Drink

Food trucks are not always a guarantee, but you can double check Facebook or Instagram to see if they will be at the event you plan to attend!

Vendors

Booth Fee Payment

A $35 fee is required for vendors to set up at 10’ x 10’ booth. If additional space is needed, additional fees apply. Please contact the Waco Uptown Art Walk Committee to discuss additional space. Booth fee must be paid within 3 days of submitting vendor application. Pay your booth fee here.

Check In

Please find either Julian, Emily, or Cindy upon arrival to let them know you’ve made it. Any additional instructions will be given at that time.

Set Up

Vendor set up begins as early as 9am. All vendors must be entirely set up and ready to sell by 11am. At our current location, vendor spot is on a first come first pick basis. Vendors are to set up on the perimeter of the parking lot. You are allowed to bring your vehicle to your specific spot to unload but must move for set up to allow other vendors the same privilege. Vendors may park their vehicle in the designated parking spots if vendor placement allows. In lot parking spots are not guaranteed. Over flow parking is on the street. ** Times may vary if not traditional event time **

Tear Down

Booth break down must wait until 3pm or designated event end time. No vendors are to tear down their booth until the event is over. Vendors will have from 3pm to 4:30pm to break down and clean their area. There will be standard trash cans on site if needed, but not to be used for bulk trash.

Breaks

We highly recommend having more than one person at your booth for the event incase you need to step away. There will be a vendors only tent on site with light snacks and drinks. Bathrooms are available inside Cultivate 7Twelve. The Waco Uptown Art Walk is not responsible for your booth or merchandise.

Reschedule

In the event the Waco Uptown Art Walk needs to be rescheduled all booth fees will be rolled over. Sorry, there are no refunds. Event reschedules could be, but are not limited to weather, location mishap, lack of vendors, etc.
